Conversion of former Croxdale & Hett WMC into a bespoke facility for children.

The project to convert the former WMC (is underway soon) to deliver a highly eco efficient building which will be leased to a highly regarded Durham based charity delivering an excellent service to those in need. The project will see delivery of the former WMC into a bespoke 10 bed unit, including, office, kitchen, communal area.
